Laura Newcomb is the CEO and founder of National Notary Solutions. She has been an established business owner for over a decade, specializing in education and creating schools specific towards children with Autism. Laura has spent 30 years in education, cultivating and advancing special education to where it is today in the private sector. Laura has created the Don Newcomb Charity for Academic Success in 2020 to help provide students with special needs to further their education in higher institutions for learning. God, compassion, and wisdom has led Laura to becoming a successful business woman in the Phoenix-Metro Valley with over 240+ employees.
Laura has over 20 years of experience in real estate, expanding all over the mid-west and western side of the United States. After becoming a notary, Laura saw the need for a business meeting specific notary needs for real estate. Thus, creating National Notary Solutions (NNS) to fit every notary related real estate need in all 50 states, without the hassle and stress that comes from buying and selling real estate. NNS is dedicated to give their customers high quality service, creating a stress-free environment, while handling business all in one sitting.
Laura Newcomb- Founder and CEO
Michael Peterson is the Sales Manager for National Notary Solutions. Michael has been in the mobile notary business for over 6 years. Before joining NNS, Michael owned his own Signing Company for three years. He saw the need to grow, and this opportunity presented itself. Before this Michael worked in the banking industry for 15 years and understands the importance of strong customer service and an eye for detail. Michael has experience with running large call centers and supporting small local businesses’ goals. On his off time, he is enjoys hiking and watching football with his son.
Michael Peterson- Sales Manager
Desirée Boisvert is the Assistant and Scheduler for National Notary Solutions. She has been in customer service for 15 years serving the community in retail through the school system. Desirée has spent the last 7 years working in the school system as the Director of Transportation. While in this position she served the community by scheduling bus routes for students, helping parents getting their children to and from school safely, helping the bus drivers in their need to have their routes run safe and smooth, schedule maintenance for the buses, and working with the school that their needs were met as well. Desirée enjoys helping others be able to do their jobs to the fullest.

Jovani "Gio" Lulgjuraj is the Operations Manager for National Notary Solutions. He has been in the customer service field for over 20 years. Jovani is a Certified and Fidelity approved notary. He enjoys helping new and upcoming notaries get into the business by providing mentorship, education and helping build leadership skills. He is originally from Michigan and has been in Arizona for over 26 years. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children and being outdoors. He's also an avid football fan. (Go Lions!) Being a signing agent for years, he understands the importance of documentations and knowing what they mean. This is why Jovani works closely with all of our signing agents to make sure they are up to date on notarial laws and procedures. His motto is “One team, one dream” and he truly lives by that with all of our clients. Jovani is looking forward to show our escrow partners what true professionalism, knowledge and experience looks like in the real estate industry.
